No time to go to the gym? No problem, it doesnât mean you canât do any strength training. There are lots of tools that take up almost no space and make it possible for you to do good quality strength training in your home, even if you live in a tiny apartment. A couple of the most important ones include an adjustable kettlebell and a door anchor, and we mention a few others as well in the full episode. And as for weights, using family members, a backpack filled with books, water cans, or farmland equipment (if you happen to live on a farm, as Jack mentions here about his Kenyan experience) can all serve as excellent weights.
