Check out your course ahead of the 2026 Precision Fuel & Hydration IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship. Your World Championship journey begins with a 1.9km (1.2-mile) loop in the Mediterranean Sea. Framed by the Côte d'Azur, athletes will enter and exit from the Plage des Ponchettes, in front of Quai des Etats-Unis, and swim toward the iconic “I LOVE NICE” sign. The course offers a spectacular opening to race day as athletes carve through crystal-clear water beneath the backdrop of the French Riviera. Leaving the Mediterranean behind, athletes will embark on a one-loop, 90km (56-mile) championship-caliber ride through the breathtaking Alpes-Maritimes. Winding roads, picturesque villages, and unforgettable panoramas create a course that is as demanding as it is beautiful. The ascent of Col
